    1 tsp olive oil
    1 small onion, finely chopped
    3 minced garlic cloves
    1/2 green or red pepper, diced
    1 medium zucchini, diced
    1/8 tsp salt
    2 tbsp fresh parsley
    1/4 tsp dried oregano
    1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
    3 oz. Barilla Whole Grain Penne
    1/4 cup shredded smoked provolone cheese
    1 tbsp parmesan cheese, grated


In a nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Saute onions, garlic, pepper, and zucchini until onions are golden, about 5 mins.
Stir in salt, parsley, oregano and red pepper. Heat until thickens. Pour over penne and top with cheese.
