Ingredients

    1 tblsp smooth peanut butter
    1 small soft banana
    1 small container of danone yogurt or your favorite ( 90 Cals)
    1 tblsp ground flax

Directions

put all ingredients in a blender or use a hand held blender

blend till smooth and serve.

makes a great and easy breakfast or snack
