Ingredients

1 container Greek Yogurt, (your flavor choice)
1 Cup 1% milk (could us skim)
1 large raw egg
2 lunchbox size containers of diced peaches, no sugar added
I added Splenda to taste (optional)
Put all ingredients together in a blender ( used my Ninja) and blend/pulse for 2-3 times, then constant for 10 seconds
Makes a great high protein snack or even meal replacement.

Serving Size: Makes 2 10 ounce glasses
