    Mountain yam, hawaii, 2 yam
    Mayonnaise Kraft light, 6 tbsp
    Celery salt Twin Gardens, 0.25 tsp
    Onions, raw, 0.25 cup, chopped
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp
    Kiwi Fruit, 1 fruit without skin, medium


Peel & cube 2 medium sized yams. Boil without salt until tender. Cool and then put in bowl. Add other ingredients (can substitute pineapple in place of kiwi). Mix thoroughly and refrigerate for about 2 hrs. Serve. (can use fresh celery instead of celery salt and add red pepper cut up)
