Ingredients

    Apples, fresh, 1 medium (2-3/4" dia) (approx 3 per l
    Carrots, raw, 1 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long)
    Celery, raw, 1 stalk, large (11"-12" long)
    Lemons, 1 fruit without seeds
    Ginger Root, 1 slices (1" dia)
    Strawberries, frozen, unsweetened, 5 berry
    Spinach, fresh, 2 cup
    Water, tap, 12 fl oz
    Water, tap, 10 ice cube (3/4 fl oz)
    Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard 100% Whey powder, 2 serving

Directions

Mix all ingredients except protein powder into blender. Blend until smooth. Add protein powder and blend on low for 10 seconds.
