Ingredients

    Blend: 3 tbsp nutritional yeast, 2 tbsp slivered almonds, and 1 tsp salt.

    Then add and blend:
    2 cups loosely packed cilantro leaves (stems removed)
    2 tablespoons slivered almonds
    2 tablespoons olive oil
    2 tablespoons lemon juice
    2 cloves garlic
    3 teaspoons water (depending on desired consistency)


    Add to pasta!

Serving Size: Makes 2 generous servings of pesto sauce. Add to whole wheat pasta.
