Yummy pancakes made without any animal products. Yummy pancakes made without any animal products.

Ingredients

    1 c. Aunt Jemima Original Pancake Mix
    3/4 c. Soy milk
    1 T. oil
    Ener-G egg replacer for 1 egg

Directions

Mix up egg replacer according to instructions on box. Add the rest of the ingredients. Stir up and cook on a hot pan. Makes about 8 pancakes.
