Ingredients

    3 pounds boneless skinless chicken
    1 pack good seasonings italian salad dressing, i used garlic herb or cheese garlic, too mild
    8 oz fat free cream cheese 1 can of cream of mushroom soup
    1 box dreamfields penne
    8 oz sliced mushrooms
    1 pack light mozzarella cheese 12 oz
    1/2 cup water


Directions

Place chicken in crock-pot on low, cover with dressing and water, cube cream cheese over the top and cover with soup, i put an extra 1/4 of water in the soup can to remove all soup. Cook on low 6 to 8 hours. When the chicken is done, shred and add back to liquid. I let it cool, mix in 1 jar of Alfredo, and 1/2 of cheese. I cooked the pasta and added mushrooms for the last 2 min of cooking time, mix all together and put in a pam sprayed 11-13 pan , top with remaining cheese. Cook at 375 till heated through. 30-45 min.
