    1 box prepared macaroni and cheese dinner
    1/4 c 2% milk
    1/4 c unsalted butter
    1/2 lb lean ground beef
    1 can diced tomatoes, drained
    12 black olives, halved
    3 scallions, chopped
    1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
    2 oz mild cheddar, shredded


While noodles are cooking, brown ground beef in frying pan. Drain beef on paper towels. Saute scallions and pepper in grease and drain. Drain noodles. While noodles are draining, prepare cheese sauce according to package directions or to taste. Add drained beef, olives, scallions, pepper, and diced tomatoes. Mix well. Add noodles and mix. Sprinkle top with shredded cheese, mix in if desired.
