    1 vidalia onion
    1 tsp low sodium beef bouillon
    1 tsp. butter
    fresh parsley, pepper


peel onion; slice top and bottom; scoop out a small hole in the top. Place onion in microsafe dish, top up. Add bouillon cube and 1 tsp. butter to hole in onion. Microwave, covered on high for 8-10 minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley and pepper.
