Ingredients

    1/2 diced onion
    2 cloves minced garlic
    1 cup diced zucchini
    1 cup diced yellow squash
    1 diced red bell pepper

    1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
    1 can pinto beans, drained and rinsed
    1 can tomato sauce
    1 can diced tomatoes
    2 cups corn (i used frozen)
    1 pkg Yves Meatless Ground (veggie crumbles)

    cumin, garlic powder, pepper, onion powder

Directions

sautee onion and garlic
add zucchini, squash, pepper - cook until all is soft

add all other ingredients, stir together, and heat covered on low until all has meshed together
