    3 medium cucumbers, sliced (do not peel if fresh from garden or farmers market)
    1 large tomato, rough chopped
    1/2 cup vidalia onions
    1/3 cup of your favorite oil and vinegar dressing


Slice cucumbers thin but not paper thin
Rough chop tomatoes
Slice onions very thin
Mix together in a glass bowl with dressing and let sit for at least 1 hours so flavors can marinate.
