Introduction

These are nice when filled with fruit, such as chunky applesauce, or fresh cut up berries! These are nice when filled with fruit, such as chunky applesauce, or fresh cut up berries!
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    3 eggs
    1/2 cup milk, 1%
    1/4 cup all-purpose flour
    1/4 cup powdered sugar
    2 Tablespoons Country Crock spread, melted

Directions

1. In a bowl, beat eggs until foamy
2. Add milk
3. Stir in flour and sugar just until blended
4. Add margarine spread
5. Pour 1/4 cup of batter into a hot greased 8 inch skillet
6. Cook 2-3 minutes on each side or until lightly browned
7. Remove and keep warm
8. Repeat; stack crepes with waxed paper in between.

Serving Size: Makes 6 six inch crepes
