Ingredients

    Pork Tenderloin, 8 oz
    Chervil, dried, 1 tsp
    Thyme, ground, 1 tsp
    Maple Syrup, 4 tbsp
    Mustard -- Wegman's Dijon Whole Grain Mustard, 6 tsp

Directions

*Heat broiler. Line broiler pan with double thickness of aluminum foil.
*Wash and dry tenderloiin and cut thick end into 3/4 inch-thick slices. Leave the thin end in 1 piece.
*Mix together chervil, thyme, maple syrup and mustard.
*Dip each piece of pork into maple syrup mixture.
*Arrange pork piecces in broiler pan and broil 2 inches from heat source for about 8 minutes; turn and broil 3-4 minutes lon ger, until meat is just barely pink.
