    *baby new potatoes, 1 cup
    *Green Giant Baby Brussels Sprouts (1 cup)
    *Crystal Sugar- Granulated Sugar, 2 tsp
    *San-J Organic Tamari Wheat Free Soy Sauce - Reduced Sodium, 1.5 tbsp
    *Onions, raw, sliced, 1 cup


Scrub potatoes and cook in water tocover in covered pot over high until tender, less than 20 minutes.
Heat oil and saute onion until soft. Spoon into serving dish.
Prepare brussel sprouts as directed. When done empty into serving dish with onions.
Add sugar, soy sauce and salt & pepper to taste to serving dish.
When pootatoes are cooked, drai and add to serving dish, cutting into halves of quarters. Mix well.

Serving Size: makes 2 servings (1/2 cup potatoes, 1/2 cup onions, 1/2 cup brussel sprouts each
