Introduction

This is the Vinaigrette that I use for my Crock Pot/Oven Cooked Mexican Spiced Flank Steak Salad. This is the Vinaigrette that I use for my Crock Pot/Oven Cooked Mexican Spiced Flank Steak Salad.

Ingredients

    5 Tbsp Vinegar
    5 Tbsp Lime Juice, freshly squeezed
    2 Tbsp Jalapeno Pepper, chopped
    3 Tbsp Oregano, dried Mexican
    1 tsp Sea Salt
    0.75 tsp Cumin, Ground
    1 Cup Olive Oil, Extra Virgin

Directions

1. Whisk everything together except the Olive Oil.
2. While whisking, slowly add the Olive Oil in a steady stream until completely incorporated.

Instead of whisking, I add everything into a large enough jar that will hold all the ingredients and after making sure that the top is on tightly, shake well until everything is well mixed. I will shake the jar well before measuring out the vinaigrette.
