    Beef, tip round, 1 lb
    Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce, 1/3 cup
    Garlic, 1 tbsp
    Pacific Natural Foods Beef Broth, 1 cup
    Beans, red kidney, 2 cup
    White Rice, long grain, 2 cup


I marinated some 'Supreme Beef for Stew' (which appears to be beef tips or prime cuts we got at the WinCo butcher) overnight in 3/4 cup of Worcestershire sauce. I then prepped a pot with non-stick spray, poured in the contents of the bag and added a tablespoon of minced garlic and the cup of beef broth. Cover and let go for about 7 hours on Low. About 2 hours in or so drain and rinse the kidney beans and chuck them into the pot as well.

Later boil the rice.
