    Pasta, cooked, 500 grams (whole wheat works well here too)
    olive oil,1 tsp
    Parmesan Cheese, grated, 4.75 oz
    Cream, 10 fl oz
    Parsley, 1 cup.chopped finely
    Chicken Breast, no skin, 16 ounces
    Garlic, 5 cloves,chopped finely
    Broccoli, fresh, 2 cup, chopped or diced (remove)
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp (or to taste)
    *Lemon Juice, .25 cup
    salt to taste


In a bowl whisk together : garlic,lemon juice, 0.5 cup of parsley, add chicken to marinade, let sit for a half hour, then grill till done, put aside, let rest then slice,put in pasta/broccoli pot ready for the sauce.

While the chicken is cooking put on a large pot of water, bring to boil, cook pasta according to directions,add broccoli into the pasta water and cook at the same time.Drain and return to pan.

While the pasta is cooking in another pot, put 1 garlic clove and olive oil,cook until tender, about a minute. Add the cream, reduce until thickened, then add parsley, parmesan cheese, pepper and salt to taste. Add the sauce to the pasta/broccoli/and sliced chicken. Toss together and serve.

Note: We usually eat a nice vegetable salad along with the pasta dish.
