    4 oz salmon fillet
    2 tbsp. maple syrup
    2 tbsp. sweet chili sauce
    1 tsp. chopped fresh garlic
    1/8 thinly sliced red onion
    lemon slice


Prepare a marinade of maple syrup, sweet chili sauce and fresh minced garlic. Marinate in plastic freezer bag for at least an hour or overnight. Place fish in foil wrap sprayed lightly with Pam and cover with thinly sliced red onions and a few slices of lemon. Bake in oven or on the Barbeque at 350 for about 20-25 minutes depending on thickness of salmon fillet.
