    .5 cup honey BBQ sauce
    1 Tbsp A1 cracked peppercorn steak sauce
    2 tsp Worchestershire sauce (low sodium)
    1 Tbsp ground dried chipotle pepper
    1 Tbsp Fine Herbs . or italian herbs.
    1Lb sirloin trimmed and cubed


Mix the first 5 ingrediences.pour the marinade into a 1gallon size plastic bag , trim and cube the beef add it to marinade. Let marinade for 2 -4 hours in refridgerator.
Remove meat discard marinade.
Add the beef to the grill or bake in oven.
serve with rice, veggies .
Could use this for skewers as well with mixed veggies.
