Introduction

Ingredients

    1 c packed brown sugar
    1 1/2 c Splenda Granular
    1 c mashed banana (about 3 large)
    2 eggs
    1 c flour
    1 1/3 c whole-wheat flour
    1 1/2 tsp baking soda
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 c natural peanut butter (smooth or crunchy, I use smooth)
    1 tsp vanilla

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 F.
Cream sugar, Splenda and banana.
Add eggs and blend well.
Stir in flours, baking soda and salt.
Add peanut butter and vanilla, mix just to blend.
Drop by teaspoons onto greased baking sheets.
Bake 15 minutes.

    I made it with regular sugar.I also got 120 cookies. Per cookie it comes out to about 45.1 calories. - 1/26/08
