    Ragu Cheesy Light Parmesan Alfredo - 1 jar
    Kroger Low Fat Ricotta Cheese - 1/2 15 oz tub
    Soup, Progresso Hearty tomato - 1 can
    Barilla Whole Wheat Linguine, 4 serving
    Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices
    Broccoli, fresh, 1 cup, chopped
    Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 cup, chopped


Serving Size: Makes 4 huge pieces

Preheat oven to 375.

Cook 4 servings of pasta as instructed on package.

Meanwhile, chop broccoli, peppers, and mushrooms. Steam fresh veggies in microwave. Combine veggies w/ tomato soup.

In an 8x8 baking dish, make layers:
1) 1/3 alfredo sauce
2) 1/2 pasta
3) all of veggie mixture
4) all of ricotta (1/2 tub)
5) 1/2 pasta
6) 1/3 alfredo sauce

Bake 30 mins & rest 10 mins.
