    2 cups heart healthy bisquick
    6 Tbsp yellow cornmeal
    1 egg
    1/2 cup Splenda
    1/2 cup skim milk
    1/2 cup light butter


Mix all ingredients together (soften butter first) and pour in sprayed 8x8 pan or muffin cups. Bake at 375 for 25 minutes or until lightly brown.
