    12 oz penne pasta
    8 oz Ken's Steakhouse Lite Asian Sesame with Ginger and Soy Dressing
    8 oz sliced baby portabella mushrooms
    2 tsp chopped garlic
    14 oz tofu, cubed
    1 Tbsp soy sauce
    Srirachi sauce to taste
    5 oz matchstick carrots


Prepare noodles. Cool. Toss in half the dressing.

Lightly saute the mushrooms and garlic. Add to pasta. In the same pan, while still hot, stir-fry the cubed tofu until brown. Add the soy sauce and srirachi chili sauce to the tofu for taste. Add to the pasta.

Add the carrots to the pasta mixture. Add the rest of the dressing, and toss to coat. Serve cold.

Makes 12 cups. Nutrition info based on 1 cup servings. 2 cups will make a filling meal.
