    1/4 cup soy sauce
    1/4 cup honey
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    1 teaspoon ginger
    1/3 cup fat free mayonnaise
    2 lbs ground lean (99% fat free) turkey
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon black pepper
    100 calorie sandwich thin or bun
    8 pineapple, sliced 1/2" thick


Stir together first 4 ingredients.
Stir 2 teaspoons soy sauce mixture with mayonnaise, set aside.
Combine 1/3 cup soy sauce mixture, turkey, salt and pepper.
Shape into patties (about 6)
Grill over medium heat about 4 minutes each side or until no longer pink
Can be served with whole grain buns and pineapple as garnish.
