Introduction

I got this awesome recipe from my mother-in-law and accidentally bought Mexican Velveeta instead of regular one time and it's become even tastier! I got this awesome recipe from my mother-in-law and accidentally bought Mexican Velveeta instead of regular one time and it's become even tastier!
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2 Cans of sliced Carrots
    1 Stick of Butter - melted
    1/2 lb. Velveeta Mexican Cheese
    Half an onion
    4-6 dashes of hot sauce
    Pinch of Sauce
    1 tsp. Sugar
    1 Sleeve of crushed Ritz Crackers
    Squeeze butter (optional)

    Mix all ingredients except the Ritz Crackers. Put ingredients into casserole dish and add the crushed Ritz. Drizzle some squeeze butter on top. Cook on 350 degrees uncovered until bubbly.
