    1 roasted chicken , deboned, skinned and fat taken off. About 2 cups worth.
    1 lb cooked spaghetti

    Brown with butter(1TBS) and olive oil ( 1 TBS):

    1 medium onion chopped
    1 large green bell pepper chopped
    1 large red bell pepper
    3-4 celery stalks chopped
    2 cups mushrooms chopped

    Mix with:
    1 can diced tomatoes
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 small container of pimentos
    1 can of sliced black olives
    1 can of green chili diced

    Mix and simmer all of above togeth until hot , place in casserole dish and top with 3 cup shreaded cheese and bake for 35 minutes at 350 degrees
