Ingredients

    One tablespoon homemade pesto
    One cup fresh baby spinach
    One cup fresh broccoli
    One cup whole wheat pasta

Directions

Make homemade pesto with garlic, pine nuts, spinach, basil, and fresh good parmesan cheese, with a little olive oil. Store

Cook, pasta and cut broccoli into bitesized florettes, then put in sink in your strainer. When pasta is done, pour over the broccoli and cover with a paper towel. Put one generous tablespoon of pesto in the hot pot on the still-hot eye and quickly mix with a cup of fresh spinach. Pour pasta and broccoli in and mix well, then remove from stove, AND EAT! Enjoy.
