Ingredients

    1 can Trader Joe's WIld Alaskan Pink Salmon (no salt added)
    1/4 cup Egg Beaters
    1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard (or more to your liking)
    1/4 cup Seasoned Bread Crumbs
    1/4 cup onions, finely chopped
    1/4 cup red bell pepper, finely chopped

Directions

Drain salmon and flake into bowl. Add egg beaters, dijon, bread crumbs and mix well. Stir in onion, red pepper, and garlic powder. Heat oil in skillet. Form mixture into 4 patties and flatten. Place in skilled on one side till golden, then flip and cook other sides so both sides are golden brown.

Serving Size: Serves 2 (2 cakes each)
