    1 lb Ground Turkey
    1 large onion chopped
    2t minced garlic
    1 1/2 jar garden chunky Prego
    1 1/2t salt
    1t oregano
    6 100% whole wheat Lasagna noodles
    1C Fat Free cottage cheese
    1/2C Parmesan cheese
    8 oz shredded Part Skim Mozzarella cheese


In large skillet over medium heat cook turkey, onion & garlic till brown. Add Prego, salt & oregano, mix well. Cook till heated through. In large bowl mix together all three cheeses. Line the crock pot with cooking bag or spray well with cooking spray. Spoon a layer of the meat mixture onto the bottom of the pot. Add a layer of noodles, break to fit the pot. Top the noodles with half the cheese mix. Repeat the layer of meat, noodles and cheese. Cover and cook on low heat 5 hours or till noodles are soft.

Serving Size: Makes 8 servings 1Cup
