    Butternut Squash, 8.5 cup, cubes (remove)
    Olive Oil, 3 tbsp (remove)
    Thyme, ground, 1 tsp (remove)
    *Gorgonzola Crumbles, 1.5 tbsp (remove)


Evenly cube 4 1/2 lbs butternut squash and place in baking pan/dish. Sprinkle with 3 tbsp olive oil and 1 tsp thyme. Bake at 425 degrees F for 45 minutes. Transfer squash to bowl and add gorgonzola crumbles. Mix together well. Makes 6 to 8 servings (nutrition is based on 8 servings)
