Introduction

Low calories, Low Carb, Low Fat substitute for garlic mashed potatoes. Low calories, Low Carb, Low Fat substitute for garlic mashed potatoes.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1lg Cauliflower (cut into peices)
    1 onion
    3 cloves minced garlic
    3 tbsp butter
    1 oz 1% milk

Directions

Cook cauliflower and onion in boiling water until tender (About 15min.). Drain and put back on hot stove-top to draw out excess water.

Place half the vegetables, garlic, butter and cream in food processor, process until smooth. Repeat with remaining vegetables. Let individuals salt and pepper to taste.
