Ingredients

    1/2 cup Nature's Three Berries, frozen
    1/2 cup banana, sliced, frozen
    1/2 cup greek yogurt
    1 cup fat-free milk
    1 serving protein powder
    2 packets Truvia Natural Sweetener

Directions

Put all ingredients in blender and blend. Pour into glass and enjoy.
