    1 ripe avocado, peeled and pitted
    2 T peeled and chopped plum tomatoes
    2 T chopped onion
    1/2 tsp minced garlic
    2 T chopped fresh cilantro
    1 T lime juice
    1 tsp lemon juice
    1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp salt
    3 turns fresh ground black pepper
    2 T sour cream


In a bowl, mash all ingredients together with a fork or potato masher until blended and somewhat chunky.

For milder add less cilantro and more sour cream
For Spicier add extra cilantro.

2 T. seeded and minced Jalapeno peppers may be used.
