Ingredients

    1 1/2 cup fat free milk
    1/2 cup strawberries, frozen, unsweetened
    1/2 cup banana, frozen, sliced
    1/2 cup Fuge 0% greek yogurt
    1 packet Carnation Instant Breakfast, No Sugar Added, Rich Milk Chocolate
    1 serving GenSoy Soy Protein Powder

Directions

Put all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Pour into glass and enjoy.
