Introduction

Ingredients

4 Ciabatta Rolls (or other type of roll)
8 oz of chicken breast
4 oz Pizza Blend Grated Cheese (mixture of mozzarella and cheddar)
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 tsp Basil
2 tsp Rosemary
2 tsp Mrs. Dash Garlic and Herb Spice
2 tsp Mrs. Dash Tomato and Basil Spice 4 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions
1. Grill or broil the chicken (optional)
2. Cut the chicken into strips.
3. Slice each roll in half.
4. Brush both sides in extra virgin olive oil.
5. Sprinkle each slice with 1/4 teaspoon of basil, rosemary, and each of the Mrs. Dash seasonings.
6. Place 3 or 4 chik'n strips on top. They may need to be broken in half to fit.
7. Sprinkle 0.5 oz of cheese on top of each slice.
8. Bake at 350 until the cheese is melted and the bread is slightly toasted. (I cook mine with a Pizza Pizzazz.)
