equal parts short-grained brown rice, barley, wheat berries, and wild rices equal parts short-grained brown rice, barley, wheat berries, and wild rices

Ingredients

    1 cup each:
    pearled barley
    brown rice, short-grained
    wild rice
    wheat berries

Directions

rinse rices, add to pan with 8+ cups of water. Season with Mrs. Dash or bullion. Cook, uncovered until water is absorbed, cover and let sit.

Serving Size: 1/2 cup

*recipe can be cut in half or less as long as the proportion remains the same.
