    1.5 c oat bran
    0.5 cups unbleached all-purpose flour
    2 tsp baking powder
    1 egg white
    0.5 c one-percent milk
    2/3 c brown sugar
    1 cup canned pumpkin
    2 Tbs canola oil
    cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla


Mix dry and wet separately, combine. Pour into muffin tins. Bake 425 degree oven for 10-15 min.
