Ingredients

    Daikon, 5 cup slices
    Safflower Oil, 0.33 cup
Pepper, red or cayenne, 1 tbsp
    Garlic, 3 tsp
    Sea Salt, .5 tsp

Directions

Slice up the daikon into matchsticks and place into a small jar. Add garlic, sea salt, and chili pepper flakes. Fill with oil, close, shake, and refrigerate at least overnight. I used a jar that holds less than 1 cup. Use this sparingly to get some healthy fats in your diet from the safflower oil. You can also use sunflower oil or olive oil.
