    Lean Ground Beef
    1 onion
    4 cloves of garlic
    1 pkg of frozen chopped spinach
    Worcestershire sauce
    chicken boullion broth


brown beef and drain out all the fat
add onions and garlic, cook until onions are clear
mix about 3 tbsp of starch in 2 1/2 cups of water and add to beef
add 2-3 tsp of liquid chicken boullion broth and worcestershire sauce.
Simmer until thickens.
