Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    2 (10 oz.) boxes frozen chopped broccoli
    3 cups cooked rice
    2 cups shredded low fat cheddar cheese
    1/4 cup margarine
    3/4 C. chopped celery
    3/4 C. chopped onion
    1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
    small can of french fried onions

Directions

Mix all ingredients (except french fried onions) together and place in a casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Put french fried onions on top of casserole and bake another 5-10 minutes until onion start to brown. Serves 10.
