    * *Venison, ground, 16 oz (remove)
    * *Homepride spicy tomato and pepperoni pasta bake sauce, 500 gram(s) (remove)
    * *Primo dry Pasta (Pennine), 200 gram(s) (remove)
    * Pecorino Cheese, 50 gram(s) (remove)
    * Spinach, frozen, 160 grams (remove)
    * *Pine Nuts, 2 tbsp (remove)
    # Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)
    # Garlic, 4 cloves (remove)
    # Red Wine, 100 mL (remove)


Add sauce and jarful of water to baking dish and mix in pasta. Bake for 15-20 minutes while pan frying onion, garlic, venison mince and pine nuts. Add herbs to taste. Add red wine and let simmer until very reduced. Add pan fried items to pasta dish and bake a further 5-10 minutes (total 25 minutes). Grate cheese and add on top, bake further 20 minutes or until cheese golden and bubbling. Let sit 5 minutes and serve.
