Introduction

Ingredients

    1 tsp Salt
    1 tbsp Olive Oil
    12 fl oz Water, tap
    1 tsp Granulated Sugar
    1 ounce Yeast, bakers
    14 oz Pizza Sauce, one jar
    4 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour
    32 oz Cheese, Mozarella, Low Moist/Part Skim (Lucerne)

Directions

I put all crust ingredients (everything but sauce and cheese) into my breadmaker and let the machine mix it up, but the crust can easily be mixed up just like any other yeast bread.

Divide dough evenly and roll out into large rounds to fit on your pizza pan (spray pan with cooking spray). Divide a 14 oz jar of pizza sauce between the two pizzas and spread around with the back of a spoon. Top each pizza with about 3 cups grated cheese or to your taste.

Optional: Any meat or vegetable you like!

When you have finished topping the pizzas to your liking, place in an oven preheated to 400 degrees for approximately 30 minutes. I switch the pans around after 10 minutes and also allow the pizzas to cook directly on the oven racks for 5-10 minutes in order to get them crisp.
