Ingredients

    9 1/2 cup sugar

    9 1/2 tabblespoon rootbeer extract(other soda desired

    2 1/3 teaspoon champagne yeast

    5 gal distiled watter

Directions

mix sugar and yeast in fermentation bucket
make concave cone shape in the yeast sugar to catch the root beer extract. add root beer extract mix well add water franticly mix large spoon. place fermtation lid on bucket then atatch the air lock set room temp for 5 days. after 5 days are up use siphon hose to fill pet bottles or glass botles (requires special botle closer glass is not recamended due to posibility of explosion) becarful not to sipon sediments from the botom of bucket even if it meens losing a little root beer. must bottle quickly or root beer and cap quickly or it will go flat. must keep refrigerated after bottled iven in plastic bottles high risk of explosion in heet.
