Introduction

Ingredients

1 tbsp canola oil
2 cloves Garlic
1/2 cup Onions, raw chopped
1/2 cup Green Peppers , chopped
1/3 cup Celery, raw, diced
2 tbsp white flour
1/2 cupTomato Sauce
1 to 2 cups Water,
couple dashes Hot Pepper Sauce
2 to 3 small Tomatoes
1.5 lbs Shrimp, raw
2 oz low fat turkey sausages, cooked and diced
Directions
1. Heat large skillet with oil over medium heat. Add garlic onion, pepper, celery. Saute until tender.
2. Sprinkle with flour to coat vegetables. Cook until flour is lightly browned, about 5 minutes
3. add tomato sauce, hot pepper sauce, one cup water. Stir to combine. If sause is too thick add more water
4. add tomotoes and shrimp, turkey sausages. Cook stiring occasionally until shrimp is pink and cooked through
5. ENJOY!!!!
If you like it a little hotter you can add some Mrs Dash Southwest Chipotle. Adds a nice little kick!
Makes 5 servings of about 1.25 cups each. Goes great over rice
