Introduction

Just a simpler recipe that is easy to throw together. I usually add in a few things to give it "pizzazz" like sauteed onions, peas, etc. but this is the bare-bones version I made for the week for myself. I usually add in a few things to give it "pizzazz" like sauteed onions, peas, etc. but this is the bare-bones version I made for the week for myself.

Ingredients

    About 10 oz of egg noodles (not the whole bag)
    2 cans of Cream of Mushroom soup (can use 98% Fat-Free, but this is what I had on hand)
    1 can of tuna in water, drained
    1 small can of mushrooms, not drained

Directions

Boil egg noodles to desired done-ness.

In large bowl, mix tuna (drained), soup, and mushrooms (not drained). Add noodles when done. Mix all together, pour into a casserole dish, and then bake in the oven uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

Serving Size: Makes 8 1-cup servings
