    I Canít Believe Itís Not Butter Spray (original)
    2 1/4 cups all purpose flour
    3/4 cup Splenda for baking
    1/2 cup old fashioned or quick cooking rolled oats
    1 teaspoon baking powder
    1/2 teaspoon baking soda
    1 cup mashed ripe bananas (about 3)
    2 eggs
    2/3 cup Chocolate Slim-Fast
    1/3 cup I Canít Believe Itís Not Butter Spread (original), melted
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    1/4 cup mini chocolate chips


Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray muffin pans with I Canít Believe Itís Not Butter Spray; set aside. Combine flour, sugar, oats, baking powder, and baking soda in a large bowl; set aside. Combine bananas, eggs, Chocolate Slim-Fast, I Canít Believe Itís Not Butter Spread and vanilla in medium bowl. Stir into flour mixture just until combined. Spoon batter into prepared muffin pans, mounding slightly. Top with mini chocolate chips. Bake 20 minutes or until toothpick inserted in centers comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes on wire rack; remove from pan and cool completely.
