A simple tossed together version of vegetable fried rice. A simple tossed together version of vegetable fried rice.
Number of Servings: 3


    1 cup - rice
    1 - egg
    1 - cup frozen veggies

    - salt
    - pepper
    - cumin
    - lemon
    - garlic
    - onion
    - rosemary
    - cloves
    - bay leaf
    - soy sauce
    - sesame seeds
    - sesame oil
    - olive oil
    - butter


Preheat pan and oil with butter, this is for the egg.
Boil rice.
Boil veggies.
Once both are cooked, out together in pot. Drain water.
Cook one egg, scrambled.
Once egg is fluffy, add to veggies and rice.

Add your choice and amount of spices listed for different flavors and styles. I used all of them about 1/8 tsp each and it tasted wonderful.

Make sure you definitely add soy sauce, sesame seeds, and garlic.
