Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    2 four oz Chicken breasts
    3 tsp Pesto
    1 cup sliced Carrots
    2 -3 pats butter Butter (to cook chicken)
    Spagetti
    Parm-romano cheese to season

Directions

Brown chicken in butter in frying pan, once chicken is done add carrots and continue to saute until carrots are tendor. Mix in Pesto.

As chicken browns, cook spagetti in a pan, drain.

Divide chicken mixture into 3 portions, add spagetti to empty frying pan, saute lightly in pan coating with remaining pesto mixture in pan.

Serve spagetti as a side to the chicken mixture.
