Ingredients

1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips
1 med red pepper, seeded & thinly sliced
1 med onion, thinly sliced
1 Tbsp fajita seasoining
1 tsp olive oil
1 lime, quartered
1 (10 oz) bag chopped romaine lettuce
salsa and/or reduced fat shredded cheese (optional)
Directions
In a medium bowl, combine chicken strips, red pepper and onion. Add ajita seasoning and mix well. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over ,medium-high heat. add chicken mixture and lime section. cook for 5-7 minutes or until chicken i cooked through.
Serve fajita mixture over lettuce. Top with salsa and/or cheese if desired.
